The changing currents of information and communication technology becoming more interactive, fast, and accurate have driven GDPS to become more adaptive in updating information about company developments. On Thursday, July 20, 2023, GDPS invited several media partners to visit the GDPS Marketing Gallery located at Jl. GMF Aeroasia, Panjang, Benda, Tangerang City.
On this occasion, President Director of PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera Cornelis Radjawane accompanied media representatives on a tour of the GDPS Marketing Gallery area to understand, observe, and learn about the applications and systems developed by GDPS. “We believe that our media colleagues are one of the accurate and honest information distributors with high capability and credibility for the public in disseminating information about PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera’s developments,” he said during GDPS’s Media Visit event. While touring the gallery area, the President Director of GDPS also presented several Digital Transformations owned by GDPS, such as Integrated Command Center (ICC), Beyond Care, Beyond Fresh, and Podcast Room integrated by GDPS Facility Management.
On the same occasion, the President Director was also accompanied by Director of Human Resources and Operations Vicky Firmansyah to learn about various digital transformations already implemented at GDPS Marketing Gallery. “Integrated Command Center (ICC) is the operational control center for all projects owned by PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera,” he explained. Vicky also continued that ICC functions as an integrated coordination center in issuing directives and making quick decisions to support or respond to events so that operational activities can proceed according to Service Level Agreement (SLA). Additionally, ICC also helps the company increase remote control over processes or business overall and ensures operational activities run effectively according to plan and can even resolve obstacles optimally.
“Not only with an operational control center, Digital Transformation acceleration is also implemented by GDPS in the Beyond Care product. Beyond Care is an Integrated Human Capital System, end-to-end from Talent Acquisition to Payroll Management,” Cornelis added. To continue improving efficiency and productivity, GDPS certainly continues to refine its services by integrating all Human Capital processes through just one application.
Besides ICC and Beyond Care, GDPS also implements Beyond Fresh, which is already known as an air circulation system adopted from next-generation aircraft technology. In one of the rooms at GDPS Marketing Gallery is a Meeting Room that has Beyond Fresh installed with a filtering process from two angles then processed through modified air flow, high-quality HEPA filters, and UV-C technology.
There is also a Podcast Room that has been integrated with Facility Management, which certainly provides convenience for anyone in accessing space for work purposes.
Cornelis hopes that this event can expand relations between GDPS and the media and serve as a means to introduce products and the company. “Hopefully, with this Media Visit event, it can become a momentum to establish broader relations with our media colleagues and serve as a means to introduce our products and company through GDPS Marketing Gallery,” he concluded.
