GDPS Expands Services to Energy Sector, Supports BP-AKR Fuel Station Operations Across Multiple Regions

Tangerang, July 1, 2025 - PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS), part of the Garuda Indonesia Group and a provider of outsourced labor services, has once again demonstrated its commitment to expanding its service portfolio across multiple sectors. GDPS has been officially selected by PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP-AKR) to provide fuel station staff services across the BP-AKR network covering the Jabodetabek, West Java, and East Java regions.

Through this partnership, GDPS manages more than 600 contract workers who have received technical competency and customer service training in accordance with BP-AKR standards. The training program encompasses workplace safety, service ethics, and operational procedures at BP fuel stations.

“This collaboration extends far beyond placing hundreds of workers—it reflects our commitment to delivering quality service, discipline, and operational excellence across the board,” said Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of GDPS. “We greatly appreciate BP-AKR’s trust and view this partnership as a key element of our long-term strategy to grow alongside the energy and fuel retail sectors.”

Furthermore, Cornelis emphasized that this collaboration demonstrates GDPS’s readiness to comprehensively address the energy industry’s evolving needs. According to him, this initiative aligns with the ongoing transformation GDPS is undertaking to become an adaptive, professional workforce solutions provider fully integrated with digital technology.

GDPS’s operational management system is also supported by digital monitoring technology that enables real-time oversight of worker deployment and attendance in the field. This data-driven approach strengthens GDPS’s ability to respond to operational challenges more quickly, accurately, and adaptively—consistent with the highly competitive and efficiency-demanding nature of the energy industry.

GDPS’s expansion into the energy sector underscores the company’s growing agility in responding to market dynamics. Having successfully managed workforce across aviation, FMCG, public transportation, facilities management, and other sectors, BP-AKR’s confidence further solidifies GDPS’s position as a strategic workforce provider partner across diverse industries.

Moving forward, GDPS remains committed to expanding service scope, strengthening internal capabilities, and building sustainable collaborations with key industry partners. Through a measured and innovative approach, GDPS will continue creating services that deliver tangible impact for customers, workers, and the broader community.
