Strengthen Talent Sourcing Position, GDPS Fulfills BP Fuel Station SDM Needs Accurately and Optimally

Tangerang, August 20, 2025 — PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS), an outsourcing company and part of the Garuda Indonesia Group, continues to strengthen its position in Business Process Outsourcing. One key manifestation of this effort is a strategic partnership with PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP-AKR), the operator of Indonesia’s BP fuel station network.

Through this partnership, GDPS has been entrusted with managing more than 600 operational staff for BP fuel stations distributed across the Jabodetabek, West Java, and East Java regions. These personnel hold various critical roles, including Shift Leaders, Fuel Attendants, Store Leaders, Traffic Counters, Office Boys, and Baristas stationed at Wild Bean Café, BP’s coffee brand, along with additional operational support staff. All have received training according to BP-AKR service standards to ensure service quality and consistency for customers.

This success demonstrates the effectiveness of GDPS’s recruitment strategy and the readiness of its Talent Acquisition team to meet workforce demands quickly and accurately. This strength reinforces GDPS’s position as a reliable and responsive talent sourcing provider, capable of delivering qualified and competent candidates on schedule in line with partner needs.

Beyond providing competent personnel, GDPS has also equipped operations with a digital system based on the Beyond Care application. This technology enables real-time management of employee administrative activities. The implementation of this system facilitated the smooth execution of the first payroll cycle for all workers without issues, demonstrating the readiness of GDPS’s systems and internal processes to manage large-scale transitions professionally.

“For us, successful recruitment is not merely about meeting numbers, but about delivering the right talent—ready to work and aligned with our partner’s culture. Beyond that, we are committed to consistently providing added value to every customer, including integration of the Beyond Care digital system, which supports efficiency and transparency in administrative and payroll processes from day one of assignment,” stated Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of GDPS.

Additionally, as a demonstration of customer care and commitment to service quality, GDPS conducted Management Walkthroughs at several BP fuel stations. These visits revealed that Beyond Care implementation has delivered tangible improvements in efficiency and accountability recognized by BP station supervisors. Workers have also benefited from the system’s greater transparency, including fair performance tracking based on data.

Cornelis emphasized that worker welfare and professionalism are priorities, and through transparent, technology-driven systems, employees gain clarity regarding their rights and responsibilities, along with assurance that their performance is recorded and rewarded objectively.

These initiatives reinforce GDPS’s position as a strategic partner in providing quality workforce solutions, while also pioneering the use of technology to support transformation in the service industry. Going forward, GDPS remains committed to enhancing service quality, addressing increasingly dynamic industry challenges, and delivering sustained added value to partners, workers, and the broader community.
