Tangerang – The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera was held in the Sumatera Room, Hangar 4 of PT GMF Aero Asia Tbk on Friday (08/20/2021) attended by Representatives of Shareholders, President Director of PT GMF Aero Asia Tbk Andi Fahrurrozi, Director of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs of PT GMF Aero Asia Tbk Pudjo Sarwoko, and Chairman of the GMF AeroAsia Sejahtera Employee Cooperative Yuyun Zaenudin.
The meeting was chaired by Commissioner of PT GDPS Tumpal M. Hutapea and the agenda presentation of the Annual Report was conducted by President Director of PT GDPS Moh. Arif Faisal and Director of Business and Operations of PT GDPS Rachmad Arif Binantoro. In the RUPS material presentation, it was conveyed that PT GDPS obtained net profit or gains from 2020 performance of 8.5 billion as well as received an “Unqualified” opinion in the Audit Report conducted by KAP PWC Indonesia, so the Shareholders urged that the 2020 achievements should be maintained to face challenges during the difficult period while the COVID-19 Pandemic continues.
